Using Proxy once Registered
Please allow up to three business days to activate your account.
From any off-campus location:
- Go to the library website at http://library.uchc.edu and navigate the website as usual.
- If you select a resource restricted by UCHC IP, you will be prompted for a password. A sample login screen is shown below.
- Or if you want to access full-text electronic resources within the online catalog, go to the Library Catalog on the Library Website. Click on the red button "Off-Campus Proxy". Click on Libary Catalog link. The same login screen will come up.
- When prompted, please enter your 14-digit library barcode number (without spaces) from the back of your UCHC ID for Password.
- You will be automatically transferred to the resource you selected.
If you are on campus, you will not have to go through the login process.
