The library has added
eMedicine to our electronic resources. Available from
the library’s homepage at http://library.uchc.edu,
it can be found either from the “Databases” link or under
"What's New" on the homepage. The library also offers training
classes on how to efficiently and effectively use the database. Click
for class information.
is a collection of peer reviewed information and it provides:

· The latest practice guidelines in 62 medical specialties.
· A collection of medical images.
· CME credits at a discount price of $6.50 per course payable
by the individual with up to 1.5 hours of credit.
· Basic and advanced searching that allows searches by specialty
and date and the use of Boolean Operators.
