The Hunt Memorial Building is located in Hartford's historic West End with ample parking available in the rear of the building (Directions).

Rooms available for rent include:

• The auditorium, which seats 350 persons
  
• The McManus Room, a large open room which seats approximately 100 persons for dinner
  
• The Whalen Room, an open room which seats approximately 60 persons for dinner

The Society's regular caterer is Krause Caterers in East Hartford but other caterers may be used if desired.

Use of the facilities for fund-raising events is not permissible. Smoking is not allowed in the building. All rental agreements are contingent on the approval of the Trustees of the Hartford Medical Society.
