Interlibrary Loan
There are four forms availible for ILL requests. Select the link below that is appropriate for your use. Only one request per form, please. It usually takes 4+ working days to fill an ILL request. UCHC faculty and staff must use FRS coding to pay for
ILL requests using these online forms. Patrons wishing to pay using other methods must use the printed forms available in the library.
Document Delivery
UCHC faculty, staff and students may request articles from selected Document Delivery titles. The
library will absorb the costs associated with up to 5 requests per person for each title. Delivery of
articles will be within 48 hours. One request per form, please.
