If you want to do your own research, consider using your local public library.  Many public libraries in Connecticut have books, computer databases, and access to the Internet to help you find the answers to your medical questions.  Ask a Reference Librarian at the public library for assistance with your research.  If you are unable to find the information you need, you can call Healthnet.

You may also use the resources of the Health Center Library to do your own research.  The Library is open to the public; for a schedule of hours, see our hours of operation   You may use our books, computer databases, and medical journals in the library and copy any information you need.  If you plan to use our library, you may want to do so when a professional Information Services librarian is available to assist you.  Assistance is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
