AV Equipment Loan Pool
Policies and Procedures
The AV Equipment Loan Pool for UCHC is a joint responsibility of
the Stowe Library and the Video Communications Dept.
The only equipment available for loan, on the UCHC campus, together
with the fee, is:

Eligible users: UCHC faculty, staff and students, as well
as UConn faculty providing classroom instruction at UCHC may use the
loan pool. A UCHC Library card is required.
Hours available: The AV Loan pool equipment is available
for loan during regularly scheduled
library hours.
Booking: Reservations may be made for future use of the AV
Loan Pool Equipment by calling (860) 679-3808 during regularly scheduled
library hours.
Fees: Fees accumulate until the equipment is returned. Fees
are charged on a per day basis. The first fee day starts when the
equipment is loaned. The second and subsequent fee days start two
hours after the library opens on each successive day.
Payment: UCHC faculty and staff may pay fees using current
FRS account coding. UConn faculty may make payment through a state
transfer invoice or FRS account coding, if appropriate. UCHC students
are not charged for equipment loaned in conjunction with their curricular
program.
