How to print multiple PowerPoint slides per page

Print as you normally would (not pictured) Under Print what: Select "Handouts" Under Handouts: Select the number of slides per page Under Handouts: Select horizontal or vertical Horizontal: left to right, top to bottom Vertical: top to bottom, left to right Click OK
Example 1: PowerPoint slide printed normally (one slide per page)
Example 2: PowerPoint slide printed with 6 slides per page. Order setting: Horizontal (left to right, top to bottom)
Example 3: PowerPoint slide printed with 6 slides per page. Order setting: Vertical (top to bottom, left to right)
Example 4: PowerPoint slide printed with 6 slides per page. Notice the lines, this allows for notes to be added next to each slide.
