Classroom Calendar

The CEC classroom calendar is available for viewing through Microsoft Outlook. You may use it to find out if a classroom is open for booking. Instructions are shown below.

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook
  2. Click the File menu
  3. Select Open
  4. Select Other User's Folder

  1. Change the Folder Type to Calendar
  2. Click Name

  1. In the Search field type "rm-cec"
  2. Select RM-CEC,Classroom
  3. Click OK
