Lexi - iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch License Update


Note: Lexi-Comp Institutional App must already be installed on your handheld. Please use Internet Explorer or Firefox.
  1. To renew your Lexi subscription, please visit: Lexi-Comp Online
  1. Click on the Mobile App Access button.
  1. There is a pull down menu to select your type of device.

  2. Select your device type: iPhone, Android, etc.

  3. After selecting your device the subscription code will appear.
  1. Please make note of the subscription code. You will need to enter the code later.
  1. Go to http://myaccount.lexi.com/addProduct.jsp
  1. You will need to enter your email address, password and the new Lexi subscription code.
  1. You will see a Successful Activation screen.
  1. Update Lexi-Comp

    Note: You can select individual
    Lexi products to update or update all
    of them.
    This example will update all Lexi products
    • Tap Select All
    • Tap Update
  1. Lexi products will update
  1. Repeat the update process
    (steps 8-9) until all items
    have finished updating. They
    will read "Up to date"
    when finished.
