Lexi - iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch Installation


Note: You must have an iTunes account in order to install apps on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch.

  1. To obtain your Lexi subscription, please visit: Lexi-Comp Online
  1. Click on the Mobile App Access button.
  1. There is a pull down menu to select your type of device.

  2. Select your device type: iPhone, Android, etc.

  3. After selecting your device the subscription code will appear.
  1. Please make note of the subscription code. You will need to enter the code later.
  1. Click on http://myaccount.lexi.com/addProduct.jsp
  1. If you don't already have an account with Lexi-Comp, please select Create Account.
  1. Enter First Name
  2. Enter Last Name
  3. Enter Email
    Note: This must be your
    UConn email address
  4. Enter and Confirm Your Password
  5. Enter Occupation
  6. Enter Practice Setting
  1. Click Submit
  1. You will receive a notice that your account has been created.
  1. Enter your email address and password and ProductCode.
  1. Your computer will try to connect to the Lexi server to activate your account.
  1. You will receive a notice when the account has been successfully activated.
  1. Go to your handheld device.
  2. Tap on the App Store
  1. Tap Search
  2. Type "lexi-comp" in the
    search box
  1. Locate and tap
    "lexi-comp "
  2. Tap "Lexi-Comp "
  3. Tap Free
  1. Tap Install
  1. Enter your iTunes password
  2. Tap OK
  1. Lexi will install

    Note: The icon will no longer
    read "Installing..." when it is
    finished installing.
  1. Tap Lexi-Comp
  1. Read the license agreement
  2. Tap Accept
  1. Please enter the email address and password that you registered with Lexi.
  2. Tap Sign In.
  1. When your Account is synced, tap OK.
  1. Update Lexi-Comp


    2. Note: You can select individual
    Lexi products to update or update all
    of them.
    This example will update all Lexi products
  1. On the next screen, tap on Select All and Update. You also have the option of updating one item at a time.
  2. Repeat the update process
    (steps 35-36) until all items
    have finished updating. They
    will read "Up to date"
    when finished.
