LIBQUAL+: Library Users' Perceptions
"What do you think?"
Are UCONN Health Center students and faculty satisfied with the quality of services at the Lyman Maynard Stowe Library? We'll find answers to that question when we send out a LibQual+ survey by email this month. Students and faculty should be able to complete the on-line survey in about ten minutes. The results will help us plan how we can improve services as we design a major library renovation.
UCHC is one of forty American Academy of Health Sciences Libraries participating in LibQUAL+, a national online survey designed to assess library services. In addition to these medical libraries, there will be over 120 academic libraries participating in this Association of Research Libraries project.
The survey tool is adapted from the widely tested and accepted SERVQUAL survey, a service and quality survey tool used by for-profit companies.
